OUR LIFE-STYLE & SILENT KILLER DISEASES


The advancement of modern society is laudable in many respects as that contribute to increase our living standard,but on the other hand it also compells to endure the polluted environment and to live on such food and beverage which can be the real culprit for the cause of the killer diseases such as cardiouascular diseases, diseases, diabetes ,cancer along with the diseases of lesser importance such as the sorosis, dermatitis,allergy etc.

Observing our life style is reveals the about 70% of the people's economic conditions are miserable.The food they take are unhygenic .The water they drink is not safe as that is not filtered. The breakfast and refreshment which are taken by the office holders students are mostly made in saturated fat;or they depend on fast food. The saturated fats are notorious silent killer as it gives rise the various camplication to the heart .The preservative chemicals used for noodles and other ready made canned or pouched foods are bacteriocidal.

The saturated fats are specially used for deep fry . All the deep fried vegetables and other recepies are never suggested to be taken as the produce LDL(Low density plasma proteins/ lipoproteins) that increase the thickness of arteries by narrowing its canals.Due to this the blood is supplied to different parts of the body at high pressure and the person has to suffer with hiper tension,and other that the oil which is used again and again for several days are polymerised and formed different products which become unhygienic for our digestive system/

Whenever there is arrival of any guest there is a trend to serve a cup of tea usually along with a fried egg.Be side's the mother of a baby serves an egg or at least the yellow part the yolk of an egg.Here the point of notice is that the egg yolk of an egg contains as much as cholesterol as the four table spoonful of saturated fat.The egg yolk contains very high concentration(amount) of cholesterol.

Similarly ,most of the people take very high amount of proteins in their regular diet. No doubt ,proteins are very essentials for our body as it takes part in building and repairing of body tissues,but it is true that excess of proteins are excreted from the body by the liver and urinary system. Thus in take of excess of proteins spoil our liver and kidney due to excessive extra load .Similarly excissive inclusion of fats creates obesity which in the long run may make the person diabetic and vict. of hypertension. Diabetes is often compared by a new car which fell down from a high way and damaged .Such vehicle can be repaired and reconditioned for used but it can't work like the previous one .Similarly the diabetic patient's physiology can't work as before . Like the damaged vehicle deabetes tends to spol almost all the physiological activities.

For the fat we should not forget that obesity develps the cancer too.

Tips to our Life-Styles:

There are several styles to lead our life in descriminate and controlled way.
Some tips are given here ,following that,I am sure about that we'd be far beyond the confinement of the killer diseases:

1. Smoking habit (if someone has developed) should be stopped . The cigarett's smokes contain nicotine enters the blood stream that causes the narrowing of arteries,which hinders the flow of blood .Due to this, the oxygen carring capacity of blood is reduced.

2. The obesity should be prevented as it develops hupertension (high blood pressure) .In the obese person the blood is forced to be sent to different tissues at very high pressure.
