THE YOUTH LIFE AND INCLUSIVE DEMOCRACY

The youth are the energetic power of the country . The development can only be possible . When the youth of the country get alert.Youth also called the power of pillar can change the poverty life of people into healthy, weathy and energetic.The army force which give a great security to the country is a great part of youth utilization . The healthy youth should no be misused politically for the benefit of any party nation should give some good opportunites of the youth to other country whith countinue each year which can create a great economic and developmental loss to the country.Government should take care and think about the outh life.It is the life of great feelings and possitive thinking .If the sociological condition of the family and socity donot tally for possitive manpower growth the country will be in loss each year .Consiquenty the suffering to future generation is possible if the situation should not be handled properly.

Each succeeding generation manifests the accumulated culture of generations that hav preceded then while also embodying the at-tributes resulting from its own in-teractions with the natural ,social,political,cultural,scientific and re-ligious world. EACH generation gives continuity to change as it carries past culture and experiences blended with new ideas collected during the transition.The youth represent change agentsmore fit to invent,then to judge;more fit for new projects,than for existing business.No wonder troubled nations and societies have put their faith again and again. For example: In the case of Nepal,it was largely the youth who led various movements in different times in the political history of Nepal. Unfortunately;the population that has shaped the course of nation have always been left out from the active decision making processes in the functioning of the participation,representation and engagement which lie at the heart of inclusive democracy.

The concept of Inclusive Democracy;

The concept of Inclusive Democracy is derived from the syn-thesis of two major historical traditions:the classical democratic and the socialist .It also encompasses radical green ,femimist, indigenouwsand liberation movement in the south.From the Inclusive Democracy perspective the world is in a multidimentional crisis,caused by the concentration of power in the hands of virous elites,as a result of the establishment of the system of market/growth economy ,representative democracy and the related forms of dierarchical structures.Inclusive Democracy is therefore not seen as a utopia but as probably the only way out of the present crisis.
